Hi, I am sorry you are going through this. I am truly confused and broken as well, my sister who lives overseas alone has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. We don't how to reach her. We are trying to get her back home but it's been futile. She's 36. At this moment, I can only think of offering someone else in the same situation, some warmth. I am so sorry to hear this.. My sister has this illness. Luckily, she is married and her husband has stayed with her and has taken care of her. She is my only sibling and I just can't relate to her, she was diagnosed with Schizophrenia at age 37.. But she had been mentally ill since her teens. she is now 68 years old. I do know how important good nutrition is, she is better being off of sugar and high carbs. Also, counseling has helped her..
